Demand Crew

What we do

Demand Crew.
Aboard for the work, ashore when it runs.

We are hired by established companies that grew on referrals and trade shows and now want something that runs on its own. Here is how a job goes.

How a job goes

Survey. Rig. Run. Hand over.

  • Survey

We read how you reach buyers today. Which channels you run, which sit idle, who your buyers really are, and what they need to hear before they will talk. This is the buyer map, and we agree a baseline with you before anything starts.

  • Rig

We design the channels you never turned on and build them properly. The research, the messages, the site pages buyers will check, the routines your people will one day own.

  • Run

We staff and operate them. Every outbound message is researched and written for one person and read by a human first. We report against the baseline we agreed, plainly, including what is not working.

  • Hand over

When the channels produce pipeline, everything becomes yours. The playbook, the data, the sequences of messages, and the people on your side trained to keep it going.

Around the outbound

The things a buyer checks first.

A good message gets a buyer curious. Then they look you up. If what they find is a brochure, the conversation ends there.

So we build the authority around the outreach: public relations where it fits, short video that explains what you do, and a site that answers a buyer's real questions in plain words.

We also work on how you show up in search and in AI answers, so that when someone asks for a shortlist in your field, your name is on it.

What we will not do

Some lines we keep.

We will not buy a giant list and hope. We will not write one message for a thousand people. We will not contact anyone who has asked us to stop.

And we will not stay forever. If you still need us to run it after the handover, something went wrong.

Who it suits

Good companies with a quiet stretch.

You sell to other businesses. You are good at what you do and your customers stay. Growth has come from people who already know you, and from the floor of a trade show.

You would like the next buyer to come from somewhere you chose.
